STAGE CAREER
I spent many years as a professional singer and actor, beginning in opera and later transitioning to musical theater. I performed in major productions across the U.S., including the West Coast Regional Premiere of Miss Saigon, where I played the role of Chris—a performance I’m especially proud of.
THEATRICAL PRODUCTION

Over the course of several years, I wrote, directed, produced, and scored five stage productions that toured the U.S. and Canada, four of which became long-running shows in Branson, Missouri. My responsibilities included everything from musical arrangement and casting to costume design and tech production. Two of the shows continue to run in Branson today, following the sale of the productions. Titles include:

PLANET VEGAS
I produced and hosted a YouTube series exploring hidden gems, history, and iconic local flavor in Las Vegas. It's a love letter to the city I call home.
SONIC IMPULSE – PIPE DREAMS
Sonic Impulse was a fusion project that blended Highland bagpipes with elements of world, rock, and electronic music. I wrote, recorded, and produced the album Pipe Dreams, and assembled a touring band to bring the music to life on stage. We performed at clubs and festivals to support the album’s release.
RIMESPARK
A Celtic-electronic music fusion project blending Irish flute, digital bagpipes, ambient vocals, and impressionist-style animation in a cinematic music video. A creative collaboration with my lifelong friend and colleague, Gordon Gower.
THE WONDERGROOVE PODCAST

A weekly podcast and blog series I created and hosted over a six-month run, The Wondergroove Podcast featured candid interviews with successful figures from across the entertainment industry—including film and TV actors, Broadway performers, comedians, and magicians. The show offered insight, inspiration, and real-world advice for those pursuing creative careers, and gave me the chance to connect with some truly remarkable voices.
PIPE DREAMS CONCERT SERIES

A fundraising concert series blending traditional and contemporary Celtic music and dance—including pipe band performances, Highland dancing, modern choreography, and folk vocals. Pipe Dreams was where the idea for the Sonic Impulse album was born and marked my first foray into Celtic fusion. I directed, staffed, and performed in two full-scale concerts—both sold out and received with enthusiasm.
GOLD AND STEEL
For three years, I co-hosted a podcast and web show called The Gold and Steel Show—a passionate and irreverent look at the Vegas Golden Knights NHL team. Under my online pseudonym J.P., I delivered weekly analysis and fan commentary, and built an active following across podcast platforms and social media.
SEVEN PIPERS SOCIETY PIPE BAND

My piping journey began with the Seven Pipers Society Pipe Band, where I played for six years and discovered my passion for the Highland bagpipes. I was promoted to Pipe Major of the Grade IV band, and later to Pipe Major of the Grade III band, while continuing to instruct the Grade IV ensemble. Under my leadership, both bands earned competition trophies across the U.S., and I had the honor of competing at the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.
